Look for these silhouettes to be embellished with ruching, ruffles, bows, sequins, beading, glitter, lace or metallics.  When it comes to color this prom season, prints as well as bright and subtle colors will make an appearance.  If you are looking for a bright color, try a jewel tone like emerald green, teal blue, or royal purple.  If you prefer to go in a more subtle direction, look for blush, sage green or deep lavender.  While you will be on-trend in classic black or white, one of the newest prom trends is metallics.

Whatever style you choose — silhouette, embellishment or color — the key is to pick the right dress for you. Choose a dress that makes you feel beautiful and confident.
